Use of Amenities

• Pool heating requests must be made 48 hours in advance; the temperature will not exceed 95°F and is not effective in cold weather conditions. No refunds for unmet temperature expectations during cold weather.
• The spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated alongside the pool, sharing the same temperature.
• Keep property clean by placing trash in the resort dumpster daily.
• Self-catering stay; purchase personal toiletries and essentials as only initial supplies are provided.
• Online purchases should be directed to services that deliver to vacation homes, as USPS does not deliver, and packages may be returned. Fees and delivery to the clubhouse may vary.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
