- Pool heating requests must be made 48 hours in advance; the temperature will not exceed 95°F and is not effective in cold weather conditions. No refunds for unmet temperature expectations during cold weather.
- The spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated alongside the pool, sharing the same temperature.
- Keep property clean by placing trash in the resort dumpster daily.
- Self-catering stay; purchase personal toiletries and essentials as only initial supplies are provided.
- Online purchases should be directed to services that deliver to vacation homes, as USPS does not deliver, and packages may be returned. Fees and delivery to the clubhouse may vary.
