- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down with fines.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Violating noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.

- Electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after use.
- Shared trash and recycling cans are provided in the garage; dumpsters outside are not for guest use.
