- Construction Notice: The homes are within a community undergoing rapid development, so expect high construction noise/debris.
- Pool Heating: Must be requested 48 hours in advance, available for an additional fee.
- Additional Guests: Arrangements such as trifold floor mattresses are possible upon request for extra guests.
