- The spa heats only when pool heating is activated
- Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
- Pool heating can reach a maximum temperature of 95°F
- Pool heaters may be less effective during cold weather, and refunds are not provided when weather affects heating performance
- Pool heating may temporarily shut down during extreme weather due to automatic safety controls
- The resort amenity center is scheduled to open on July 2, 2025
Housekeeping and Supplies

- Food, condiments, and seasonings are not provided for hygiene reasons
Trash and Deliveries
- Guests are asked to follow trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily
