- Smoking is prohibited on the property. Violation incurs a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any damage.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed and will result in shut down and fines. Approval and additional fees are required for event hosting.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heating service is available for an additional cost only if the outdoor temperature averages above 55°F.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels; beach chairs and toys are not provided.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Important Notices
- Accidental damage protection is included for damages up to $2,000 due to accidental causes, excluding neglect or pet-related damages.
- Guests are advised to deny entry to vendors not adhering to CDC guidelines for PPE.
