- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced; noise violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- From May to September, a pool pass is required for access to the Shipwatch pool.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Golf carts, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed in the complex.
- Access to certain amenities at Wild Dunes (e.g., golf, tennis, spa) must be booked separately.
