- Noise levels should be minimized between quiet hours, set from 9 pm to 8 am, to avoid fines of up to $10,000.
- Avoid hosting events or parties without prior approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Only a maximum of two cars may park onsite; avoid parking on the green sewage cover to prevent damage.
