Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested in advance
- The pool heater temperature will not exceed 95°F
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets
- The spa can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, and both will be the same temperature
- Pool heaters may not operate effectively in cold weather, and refunds are not offered if the desired temperature is not reached
- Pool heating may be temporarily unavailable if the safety system shuts the heater off during cold conditions
Deliveries
- USPS deliveries are not accepted for the vacation home address and may be returned to the sender
- Deliveries should be arranged through UPS, DHL, or FedEx
- Packages may be delivered to the clubhouse depending on resort procedures
- The property is not responsible for issues with online purchases or deliveries
