- Pets are allowed, but only dogs under certain conditions. A weight limit of 50 lbs maximum total for one or two dogs combined applies. No dangerous breeds or cats are allowed. Pets, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
- Reservations are not accepted from anyone under 25 years of age. Persons under 25 may only occupy the property if accompanied by someone over 25.
