- Full guest list required 36 hours prior to check-in to avoid late or no check-in

- Electric cars may not be charged at the home; doing so results in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs
Parking Regulations
- Parking is available on the driveway only; no parking on the road
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, motorhomes, and boats can only enter temporarily for loading/unloading
- Motorcycles and golf carts allowed only if street legal and registered; must be parked in the garage
- Vehicles in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately
