- No smoking is permitted on the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any damage.
- Pets are not allowed. A fine of $500 per pet will be applied if undisclosed pets are brought without prior approval.
- Noise restrictions are in effect with quiet hours enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fines assessed.
