- The property is smoke-free. Any violation may result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage costs.

- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down with fines assessed.
- Strict observance of occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) is required. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- The fireplace is unavailable for guest use due to local rules and regulations.
- Natural coastal conditions may cause beach erosion and affect shore accessibility. Changing beach conditions will not warrant refunds or relocations.
- Parking is limited to 1 car per bedroom, with a total of 4 cars allowed on the driveway.
