- No smoking inside the property. Violating this policy results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for damages.
- Pets are allowed but must be approved in advance with an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Be mindful of noise from Gower Street and neighboring units due to the building's age.
