House Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Violation leads to a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for damage costs.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, with strict enforcement of occupancy limits. Noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and fined.

- Pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis; otherwise, they are generally not allowed.
- Note that the home does not have air conditioning available.
