- No smoking allowed on the property; violations result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations could incur fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval and associated fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
Pet Policies
- Up to 2 pets are allowed for an additional fee. Bringing undisclosed pets may result in a $500 fine per pet.
Use of Amenities
- Passes are required to access community amenities, and each pass is subject to the community's rules and schedule changes.
- Please note the indoor pool closure from July 14–31 for maintenance; the outdoor pool is available during this period.
Other Important Information
- Registration is mandatory upon check-in as per Emerald Lakes Association requirements. Late community registration incurs a $100 fee.
- Speakers or sound systems are not provided to maintain the community's quiet environment.
