- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Any violation will lead to forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed with a fee. Undisclosed pets brought in without approval will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
- Strict occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
Use of Amenities
- The property does not have air conditioning.
- Outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable during the winter months.
- Due to the area's active wildlife, including bears, guests are advised to exercise appropriate caution.
Parking
- No garage parking; up to 3 vehicles can park in tandem on the property.
- Street parking is not allowed. Violations can incur fines of $1,000 and may result in permit revocation after three or more violations.
