House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 fee plus liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- No events or parties without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties or events will be stopped, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is only available between Oct 1st and April 1st.
- No pool alarms are on the premises; additional precautions should be taken to ensure children's safety.
- Fishing in the lake is currently unavailable due to HOA rules and regulations.
Parking
- Four parking spots are available: two in the driveway and two in the garage.
- No street parking after 7 pm. Vehicles will be towed at the guest's expense.
