- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and responsibility for any fire or property damage costs.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No external speakers or sound systems are allowed. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be imposed.
- Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a fine of $500 per pet.
- Note that the community pool is unheated.
- The boat dock accommodates only "shallow style" boats due to shallow water, requiring caution when using the dock.
