House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violations incur a $300 fee and possible forfeiture of security deposit.
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with prior approval, subject to a fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations may incur fines up to $10,000.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and additional fees. Unauthorized events will be fined.
- Violation of noise ordinances, especially during festivals, may result in significant fines.
- The property adheres to strict cleaning and sanitation protocols, with enhanced measures in place.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and is not available from May 1st to October 1st. Spa heat is complimentary.
- Pool heating is capped at a maximum of 87 degrees.
- High temperatures during summer may cause the pool temperature to rise, and this cannot be controlled.
- Murphy bed and rollaway beds can be prepared upon request but are not designed to be moved by guests during their stay.
- Road closures during festivals may increase walking distances. Golf cart services are recommended for easier access.
