- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down, and fines will be assessed. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for any events or parties.
