- Only service animals are permitted. Undisclosed pets incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- The master bedroom sliding door does not open.
- It is recommended to use an SUV or 4-wheel drive vehicle during winter for access to the home.
- The property includes a 2-car garage and driveway parking for an additional 2 cars.
- Construction projects may occur nearby with hours from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, including weekends.
- An open fire and fireworks ban is in effect within Park City limits.
- Guests are advised to deny property access if vendors fail to meet PPE standards.
