- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Smoking is not allowed on the property. Violations result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee, plus liability for any damages.
- Pets and emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted. Undisclosed animals incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited within Wild Dunes.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unapproved gatherings are subject to shutdown and fines.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels as they are not provided.
- Beach chairs and toys are not included, but a $250 beach gear credit is available for reservations between 4-28 nights.
- The Seascape pool is open seasonally from May to September and is not heated.
- Access to cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes is provided. Additional amenities such as golf, tennis, or spa require separate booking.
