- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.

- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are enforced. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
