- Parties or events require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be fined.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.
Use of Amenities
- Boat trailers and motorcycles are not allowed within Wild Dunes.
- The dock accommodates a 40' boat on one side and a 20' boat on the other.
- The community pool is open year-round but is not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Access to the Morgan Place pool and Wild Dunes cafes and restaurants is provided, but other amenities such as golf and tennis require separate booking.
- Beach chairs or toys are not included. A $250 beach gear credit is provided for reservations between 4-28 nights.
