House Rules
- No smoking is allowed on the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for damages.
- Outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, and charcoal grills are prohibited due to wildfire risk. Fines start at $5,000 for violations.
- Pets are permitted for a fee. Undisclosed pets without approval will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am must be observed. Noise violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties and events are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
Use of Amenities
- During winter months, outdoor furniture and grills are unavailable.
- This home does not have air conditioning.
Parking
- There are 2 marked parking spots available in the front. No garage or street parking is allowed. Violations may lead to fines starting at $1,000, and multiple infractions could result in permit revocation.
