- Undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not permitted.
- All guests must adhere to local laws regarding lighting, quiet hours, and gatherings.
- Wood-burning fires are strictly prohibited.
- Fire bowls are unavailable for guest use.
- The property has strict quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise violations can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- You must be at least 25 years old to book the home.
Use of Amenities
- Pool/spa heating is chargeable and requires a request 48 hours in advance; the pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
- The in-ground spa is not pre-heated before arrival.
- The maximum hot tub temperature is set at 104°F for safety.
- The pool is fenced for safety reasons.
- The above-ground spa can be heated without an additional fee.
Parking
- Parking is available for up to 16 cars, including garage space for 4 cars. Street parking is not allowed.
