Inside, a bright open-plan layout creates an inviting place to gather, featuring a spacious living area with comfortable sectional seating, flat-screen and smart TVs, and stylish contemporary island-inspired décor. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a 5-seat breakfast bar, while the elegant dining area seats up to 14 guests for memorable meals together. Sleeping arrangements include five king bedrooms, one bedroom with two double beds, and two fun bunk rooms with two bunk beds in each, including themed spaces designed with younger guests in mind.

Outside, the home is made for relaxation and entertainment, with a private pool, hot tub, thrilling slide, pool basketball, an outdoor pool table and peaceful garden and golf course views. A covered alfresco dining area with an outdoor kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals in the fresh air.
