Set on the edge of Scicli in south-eastern Sicily, this beautifully restored country villa is a stylish and peaceful retreat for up to 10 guests. Surrounded by extensive walled gardens with palms, citrus trees and a lush lawn, the property offers a wonderful mix of traditional character and modern comfort across three floors. The villa is especially well suited to families or groups of friends, with two separate sitting and dining areas and two well-equipped kitchens, allowing everyone to spend time together while still enjoying a little extra privacy. WiFi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, washer and dryer facilities, private parking and pet-friendly accommodation add to the easy, relaxed feel, while children are also warmly welcomed.
Outside, the private pool takes centre stage, framed by wooden decking, sunloungers and shaded seating for long, lazy afternoons in the Sicilian sunshine. There are several inviting spots for alfresco meals, including arched stone loggias on the ground floor and a covered dining area on the first-floor balcony, all furnished with tables and chairs for relaxed outdoor living. The villa has five individually styled double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and one of the top-floor bedrooms also opens onto a private balcony with seating and lovely views. A sixth bathroom adds extra convenience. Just a short drive from the coast, with the sandy beaches and fishing village charm of Donnalucata nearby, and the baroque beauty, cafés and restaurants of Scicli close at hand, this is an ideal base for discovering this captivating corner of Sicily or simply unwinding in complete comfort.
**Please note: Pool open ALL YEAR City tax to be paid on the spot: € 1.50 per pax per day - up to 10 days - children under 12 years are exempt Cleaning fee must be paid cash on the spot at arrival: € 290. The security deposit of €500 must be paid upon arrival by credit card; the amount will be blocked and uncollected. A damage deposit of €1000 has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
