- Occupancy limits must be respected: the property accommodates up to 16 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.
- Guests must adhere to quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am. Violation of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Use of outdoor spas and activities is restricted between 10 pm and 7 am.
- Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at a local dumpsite following Big Bear City policy.
Parking and Vehicles
