- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. No speakers or sound systems are provided, and any noise ordinance violations may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and result in a fine.
Use of Amenities
- There is no air conditioning available at the property.
- Pool heating or spa heating is not offered. A separate hot tub is available.
- The warming drawer in the kitchen is not functional.
- Heat lamps are not provided.
Parking
- Up to two cars can be parked in the garage and an additional two on the driveway.
- Street cleaning happens on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month; cars parked on the west side risk being ticketed and towed.
