- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Service animals are allowed, but other pets are prohibited without prior approval. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm–8 am) are enforced. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplace is not operational.
- Garden maintenance occurs every Friday.
- Beach chairs are not included but can be rented upon request.
- One of the king bedrooms downstairs requires access through another king bedroom, limiting privacy.
