- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violations of noise ordinances can incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined.
- Pets are not allowed except for service animals. Undisclosed pets will result in a fine of $500 per pet.
- The fireplace is not operational.
- Garden maintenance occurs every Friday.
- Beach chairs are not included but can be rented.
