House Rules
- No smoking allowed on the property. Violations will incur a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- Pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed. A $500 fine per pet applies for violations.
- Parties or events are not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events will result in fines.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced to avoid fines up to $10,000 for noise violations.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels.
- A pool pass is required for access to the Pelican Bay pool, which is open May-September and is not heated.
- Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests can access cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes but must book other amenities like golf, tennis, and spa separately.
Parking and Access
- One car can be parked in the garage, and two additional cars can be parked in the driveway.
- A car pass sent via email grants access to Wild Dunes.
