- No smoking, vaping, or electronic cigarette use is allowed anywhere on the property. A minimum charge of $1000 applies if violated.
- Pets are not permitted. The presence of pets will incur a $500 non-refundable fee and potential eviction.
- Parties or events, including weddings, bachelor, and bachelorette parties, are prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay.
- Swimming and the use of the hot tub are at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty.
- Hot tub covers should remain on unless in use. Do not sit or stand on them to avoid damage.
- Any use of bath products in the hot tub is prohibited. Excessive cleaning or damage will result in additional charges.
- Guests must provide their own beach or pool towels; bath towels are not to be used outside.
- Noise levels are monitored. Disturbances, including noise nuisance, can result in a minimum $500 charge.
- Smart home technology may be in use to measure sound levels without disrupting your stay.
- Guests must report any damage immediately. Unreported damage may lead to additional fees.
- The property should be left in its original condition upon check-out.
- Proper trash disposal and noise consideration for neighbors are required at all times.
- The property may have external security cameras.
- Guests must comply with any applicable Homeowner or Condominium Association rules regarding parking and amenities. Failure to comply may result in fines or eviction.
