Villa di Morice is set on the Umbrian hills, with a breathtaking view towards Montefalco, the city of wine and oil. A splendid rural home totally inserted in this magnificent landscape so rich in history, culture and good food. Built in the 18th century, it has been passed from generation to generation in the same family who still look after it with great love and passion. The exposed-stone facades, the wooden-beamed ceilings and the terracotta floor confer on the house the typical charm of rural Umbrian houses with the windows providing a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside. The villa consists of a main building and an annex. The ground floor is dedicated to a large living area with two communicating sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A laundry room and a guest bathroom complete the floor. The first floor and the delightful turret contain the bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom. The annex is a few metres from the house and consists of a living room with kitchenette and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms are classically furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The exterior of the villa extends in a triumph of colourful flowers and manicured lawn, all surrounded by multicoloured hedges. A wonderful tableau to be admired from the gazebo or from the swimming pool area with panoramic terrace, perhaps at sunset whilst enjoying an aperitif.
