Recently renovated, the interior has been refinished with materials of excellent manufacture, such as the floors in Tuscan terracotta and parquet, and decorated with period furniture. The garden and the woods of tall holm oaks, covering an area of 1.500 sqm, frame on all four sides this villa and the panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs, which provide ample space for the living area so that you can enjoy in total relaxation the atmosphere of this charming location. The large steps that from the garden lead to the cliff, through the grove of holm oaks, also lead to a private area complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for those looking for relaxing and pleasant sea excursions.
