- The resort does not provide daily housekeeping; guests can request mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee.
- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance, with specific conditions and a daily fee. It may not function in cold weather, and no refunds are offered under these circumstances.
- Online purchases through USPS will not be delivered; only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver to vacation homes. Packages may be sent to the clubhouse with potential fees, but not all resorts accept packages.
