- There is a limit of 5 cars per house.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater is optional and not guaranteed in cold weather; requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and operates at the same temperature as the pool.
- Trash should be disposed of daily in the plastic bench provided.
Housekeeping
- No daily housekeeping service is provided; clean sheets and towels are available, and mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
Online Purchases
- Vacation homes may not be recognized by USPS; only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX can deliver packages.
- Some resorts deliver packages to the clubhouse, potentially incurring fees or not accepting packages at all.
- The property is not responsible for issues with online purchases.
