- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and responsibility for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are enforced between 9 pm and 8 am. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an associated fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down, and a fine may be assessed.
