- Principal guest must be at least 25 years of age unless given written permission prior to arrival.
- No outside contracted services as this would jeopardize our guests safety and security deposit. This includes chefs, butlers, masseuse, etc. Ask your concierge to help you book any additional services that you desire. This is mandated for your protection. All of our service providers receive a thorough background check and are verified with Homeowners.

Everything was great! Spacious and clean home right on the beach! We were able to walk the 20 min walk down the beach to where the rest of our family stayed at a hotel. The chef was amazing!! Cleaning service came everyday and made you feel like you were staying at a full-service hotel. Thank you for everything!!! We already have friends and family wanting to visit.
