Description

Welcome to Blue Water Villa! This gated villa estate sits directly on the oceanfront in Rum Point, along Grand Cayman's north coast.

This palatial villa offers a gorgeous pool deck complete with an oceanfront infinity pool and heated spa overlooking the Caribbean Sea. A large sandy beach with phenomenal snorkeling is mere footsteps away. For snorkel enthusiasts with a taste for vacationing in luxury, look no further than Blue Water Villa!

From the moment you step inside, it becomes apparent that Blue Water Villa is an exceptional property. The interiors are tasteful yet decadent. Large windows and French glass doors flood the interiors with Caribbean sunshine no matter the time of year.

The main foyer, dining area, and kitchen all open onto the pool deck, which offers two tiled cabanas. Guests can unwind and soak in the views from lounge chairs lining the pool, or enjoy drinks at the outdoor bar before throwing dinner on the poolside propane grill for an island cookout.

Please note a new home is under construction to the west of this villa. Heavy landscaping and distance should help lessen the effect on arriving guests.
