Sundown Villa is a beautiful holiday retreat overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the west coast of Barbados.
Perfectly located just across the road from Mullins Beach, the villa enjoys uninterrupted ocean views across the bay. Three of the five bedrooms are situated on the upper floor and feature lovely views of the gardens, Mullins Bay, and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level (above ground) and offers privacy and comfort.
All five bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, with four featuring en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom's bathroom is adjacent and doubles as a guest bathroom, it can serve as a private en-suite when the connecting doors to the main living area are closed. The main-level bedroom also provides convenient access to the pool and garden. Stylishly decorated with comfort in mind, Sundown Villa is equipped with modern amenities, including large high-definition televisions, a portable sound system, and high-speed fibre internet.

Great Stay at Sundown Villa
This was our first trip to Barbados. Top Villas was helpful with our questions about the villa and the island itself. Sundown Villa is a great location for a relaxing vacation. The property had plenty of space both inside and out. There is a pool plus a gazebo with a grill which is nice for meals and family game nights. Beach towels were provided and there were some pool and beach toys. To get to Mullins beach you just walk down the driveway and across the street. Gibbs beach is about a 10 minute walk. There are also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The petrol station is a few minutes walk and has a convenience store with many basics you would need. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lisa is a wonderful chef. We rode with her to the grocery store in Holetown and she shared about Barbados and points of interest, good places to visit along the way. We had a rental car but there is a bus stop a short walk away and buses seemed to run fairly often. This was our first time booking through Top Villas and we would use the company again.

Sundown Villa
Sun down villa was a great stay for our group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 1 to 6. The house is very clean and the lay out has been designed with a lot of forethought. The location across from a beautiful beach and the pool is perfect. The staff were amazing. Lisa is a great chef and she will help coordinate groceries and help curate meals based on the needs of the group. All the staff were always very courteous and polite. We had a medical incident with one of the children while staying at the villa and Lisa was a great resource in where to seek medical treatment. She also followed up with us on her time off to ensure everything was ok. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we recommend this amazing property to anyone.
