- This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and potential liability for additional damages.
- Maximum occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down and result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available upon request and must be arranged 24-48 hours before check-in. Note that pool heat is unavailable during summer (May - September).
- The pool and spa cannot be operated simultaneously; they can only be used one at a time.
- The outdoor area and pool are shared with a neighboring house.
Pet Policies
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, subject to approval and a $150 per pet fee. Unapproved pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Pets must be leashed outdoors unless both properties are rented.
Additional Information
- Exterior video surveillance and noise monitoring systems are in place for guest security and compliance with laws.
- Offroad vehicles are prohibited on the property grounds.
- Parking is limited to 3 cars directly in front of the house. Do not block trash cans.
