House Rules
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, but must be disclosed and approved. An undisclosed pet will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per occurrence.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee for authorized events. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
- Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count; requests for tri-fold floor mattresses and linens can be accommodated.
Use of Amenities
- Bedroom 4 is only accessible through Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 5 is only accessible through Bedroom 3.
- Be aware of active construction taking place on both sides of the property.
- The home contains a significant number of stairs throughout.
- The driveway accommodates parking for 5 cars; the garage is not available for parking.
