- Smoking or burning incense is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or around the premises. Significant fines and charges apply for violations.
- Guests should respect the maximum sleeping occupancy as set by the owner. Exceeding this limit will result in fines.
- Any disturbance resulting in police action may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
