- Smoking of any kind, including incense, is prohibited both inside and around the premises. A $1000 fine applies for violations, plus any additional cleaning or repair costs.
- The noise curfew is 10 pm; guests must keep noise to a minimum throughout the night.

- Guests must not disturb or interfere with neighbors or engage in unlawful activities.
- Any disturbances resulting in police action or company involvement may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund.
