- Only vacationing families are allowed. No rentals for teenage or young single groups under 26 unless accompanied by an adult.
- Occupancy is strictly monitored, and false representation will lead to tenancy termination with no refund.
- Exceeding the sleeping occupancy bed limit will result in a fine of $200.00 per person, per night.
- Smoking or burning incense is prohibited inside and around the property. A $1000.00 fine will be imposed for violations.
- No parties, events, or "party-like" behavior are allowed.
- Guests must keep noise levels down after 10 pm to comply with Newport Beach’s “Loud or Unruly Gathering” ordinance.
- Violations leading to fines or police actions may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
