- Smoking and burning incense are prohibited anywhere inside or around the premises, with violations incurring a $1000 fine plus any cleaning or repair costs.
- Occupancy must not exceed the specified bed limit; exceeding the limit will result in a minimum fine of $200 per person per night.
- Fireplaces are inoperable.
- Parking is available for one car in a shared, steep subterranean garage, best suited for low-profile vehicles.
