This 3-bedroom +den, 4-bath townhome boasts lovely wooded views, and is located on the 18th Fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course.
The spectacular living area is located on the first floor of the home. The kitchen is very well-equipped and comes replete with all the tools needed to prepare spectacular dishes for a crowd. In addition to the standard appliances, the kitchen also has a slow cooker, KitchenAid Mixer, rice cooker and more.
Meals can be enjoyed at the 8-seat dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Should you choose to cook outdoors, access to the deck with gas grill and hot tub is located off the dining area.
The dining area flows seamlessly into the stylishly appointed living room. It features vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, which allow for the flow of natural light into the home. Enjoy cozying up on the sectional sofa in front of the wood-burning fireplace, while taking in the latest blockbuster on the flat-screen Smart TV.
With 3-bedrooms and a den, the home can comfortably sleep 8 guests:
