- Quiet hours must be observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Violating noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.

- Two complimentary parking spots are provided. Off-site street parking is not permitted.
